FREELANCE DIGITAL MARKETER
We are looking for an experienced FREELANCE DIGITAL MARKETER that understands creative storytelling with an ability to analyze exactly what aspect of the creative content would most appeal to the target audience. You should be able to make data-driven decisions that promote our YouTube explainers, mini-docs and branded content, with a strong voice when it comes to crafting your own copy and strategies for different stages of the marketing funnel.
We will use a number of strategies depending on the budget of the project, including free content marketing, paid social media campaigns, Facebook retargeting campaigns and influencer marketing. Assist end-to-end marketing campaigns, online/offline advertising in order to increase video views and engagement.
Develop successful strategies with social media team and execute for key traffic channels to drive strong ROI.
Execute online content marketing on targeted platforms (Facebook groups, reddit, niche blogs, websites, evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives via data analytics to make suitable recommendations and proposals to the team/management.
Responsible for publishing, creation and curation of content on the various social media platforms, brand community outreach efforts, social CRM and other day-to-day activities.
Optimize social media channels to increase follower base, drive engagements and traffic to blog and website.
Identify new channels to promote upcoming content, preparing a strategy to execute with defined targets.
Perform and keep up with market analysis and research on the latest trends
Budget, launch and track social media advertisements.
Assemble insights and data from marketing campaigns.
Research and analyze our competitors.
Support on cross-departmental social media initiatives on a campaign basis and assist in SEO/SEM.
3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the media sector.
Portfolio of digital marketing campaigns with tracked metrics.
Experience with free and paid content marketing efforts to increase the views and engagement of a YouTube channel.
Ability to devise engaging digital campaigns that can motivate, inform, and engage the audience. Ability to identify target audiences.
Experience with Google & Facebook ad campaign & Active Campaign.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques. Comfortable with social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube & Wordpress.
Proven track record in Digital Ad Operations.Google Sheets / Excel Reporting Expertise (Advanced Formula Knowledge required).
Link Tracking (UTM Tags) Experience, must know how to use Google Analytics, Admanager.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Results-oriented, methodical. Passion for creating inspiring and innovative marketing for both small and large campaigns.
A genuine understanding and taste for quality storytelling and why it succeeds.
