This week’s photo takeover is “RIP Laoximen” — a collection of photos by Shanghai street photographer Qian Yang, capturing life in the rapidly-disappearing neighborhood.

This picture was taken in the winter. It was noon, and a man was pushing a cart loaded with wooden stools through the shadow of the hanging clothes. It made for a nicely framed scene.
