Privacy Policy Updates

RADII may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Information Collection and Use

You may generally browse our Site without providing us with any personally identifiable information.

If you contact us with questions or to request information, we will collect any personally identifiable information that you voluntarily transmit with your communications to us. If you opt-in to receive our newsletters, we will collect your email address. If you post a comment on our articles, we will collect your email and any personally identifiable information that you include in your comment. If you participate in a contest, we will collect your name, email address and any content specifically related to the contest. From Google Analytics, we also will receive your gender, age range (but not specific age), browser and device used to access the Site and geo-location data to identify the city in which you are using the Site.

We may receive personal data from third parties regarding their contest participants and winners such as school, grade level, parent/guardian contact information, email address, age, date of birth, photos and videos. Contest participants must be over age 13. We may post winner information on the Site and social media channels and we may also send correspondence to participants regarding our services that may be of interest.

We may use your personally identifiable information to respond to your requests or send you newsletters you have requested, detect fraud, illegal activities or security breaches, provide notices regarding our services you have purchased from us, administer contests, provide notices regarding services you might want to purchase in the future and improve the content and general administration of the Site. If you do not provide your personally identifiable information to us as set forth above, you may not be able to post comments, participate in contests or have us respond to you.

Children’s Privacy

RADII recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site is directed to school administrators and is not directed to children under the age of 13. RADII does not target its Site to children under 13. RADII does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us so we can delete it.
