Ok ok, apologies for the misleading headline. “AI peaches” conjures up images of robo-fruits roaming the streets. But some farmers in Beijing are indeed using artificial intelligence to optimize their peach yield. The BBC investigates:

In the suburbs of Beijing, farmers have been growing peaches for nearly 60 years. The job is extremely labour-intensive, but two students say their artificial intelligence machine can help.
