Your warped hump-day long-listen this week comes from Taipei’s Meuko! Meuko!, who has just released the latest in her monthly show for web radio station NTS. The artist has stacked up an impressively diverse list of collaborators on her show over recent episodes, including club night/performance concept Asian Dope Boys and experimental turntablist DJ Sniff.
On her latest show, the guest is Software2050:

Software2050 is an artificial intelligence who observes the world by hacking Surveillance cameras on the earth and sneak into the database of google search engine. The more it sees, the more emotional it becomes. pic.twitter.com/uQnPCzqDcU— ༽ ༼ (@meuko_meuko) November 12, 2018
Software2050 seems to be another creation of the intriguing Taipei art group NAXS Corp, who were also behind an ethereal VR music video that Meuko! Meuko! released a few months back:
Anyhoo, this new NTS mix begins with Aïsha Devi (founder of the Danse Noire label, which released Meuko!’s latest EP, and a member of the Asian Dope Boys creative orbit) intoning a digital-age mantra from her recent album DNA Feelings —
If you name me, you negate me. I am the 0 point, the primal vibration, the one and only. I am the mirror and you are me… Hear the tone, arise aware. You will recognize time as the illusion of solidity. You’ll be the last poet, the truth seeker, the DNA of immortality. You’ll unravel your ghostly matter, have visions of alchemy. You will smile when you die. You will not name me. I am the prophet and you are me.
— then moves straight into a choice cut off Hong Kong producer Kelvin T’s brand new release for Absurd Trax. Same exact Kelvin track I put on a RADII mix that’ll be coming out this Friday, in fact. So be ready for that, but in the mean time, here’s Meuko! Meuko! x Software2050 hitting the same frequency:
