Husain Amer is an Arab Canadian filmmaker and storyteller based in Southwest China’s Yunnan province. His love of film was sparked during family visits to the video rental store, where arguments often ensued over which flick to rent for the weekend. Husain is also a martial artist and dance maniac and has been a passionate drummer since high school.
