Get ready to dive deep into a multi-sensory universe because Edison Chen’s visionary creative agency, 3125C Galleria, is making a triumphant return to the 13th ART021 Shanghai Contemporary Art Fair (November 13–16, 2025). After rocking ART021 Hong Kong, they’re setting up shop at the Shanghai Exhibition Center (Booth S34) as a Special Project, transforming their space into an immersive, vintage cinema-themed experience that’s pushing boundaries across film, art, fashion, and flavor.

At the core of this cinematic journey is a groundbreaking collaboration with Hong Kong director Vernie Yeung, who’s premiering his latest short film, I SAW IT FIRST. This 12-minute surreal narrative, featuring Edison Chen himself, throws the protagonist into a mysterious judgment, forcing him to relive memories and confront past choices. Yeung, renowned for his poetic and experimental visuals (his work has even appeared on Radiohead.tv), will be screening the film every hour on the dot (00, 20, and 40 minutes). Seats are limited, so hit up the on-site registration early. Plus, true collectors can snag exclusive I SAW IT FIRST merchandise, with some pieces even handmade by Vernie Yeung himself.

But the sensory overload doesn’t stop there. Shanghai-based artist LAOWANG1102 is serving up a visual feast with a series of new oil paintings that boldly reinterpret classic Universal Pictures movie posters. Imagine the iconic Jaws shark bursting through a vibrant CLOT Silk Royale ocean, or Casper playfully throwing up the CLOT “C” hand gesture. These artworks ingeniously blend CLOT’s signature motifs with Universal’s legacy, forging a powerful link between Eastern and Western visual culture. And for those who want to wear their art, a Universal by LAOWANG1102 x CLOT capsule collection of graphic tees, hoodies, and accessories will be debuting at the fair.

But what’s a cinema experience without epic snacks? Hima, the brainchild of Japanese designer Kazuki Kuraishi (known for his Nakameguro café), is taking over the concession stand. Expect a fair-exclusive peach-flavored shaved ice—free for the first five audience members at each I SAW IT FIRST screening—alongside a limited peach-themed combo of iced tea and popcorn. Round out your visit at the pop-up merchandise corner, where you can grab upcycled, hand-printed T-shirts by Vernie Yeung, film posters, postcards, and the full Universal by LAOWANG x CLOT capsule collection. This is your chance to snag a piece of a truly unforgettable cultural moment.

Don’t miss out on this incredible fusion of contemporary art and street culture. Head to Booth S34 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center between November 13–16, 2025, and experience 3125C Galleria’s vision for yourself.
