One of the Expo judges hands a prizewinning tattoo artists, who won both the judges’ and popular votes, a plaque.
Shanghai Tattoo Extreme is an annual event which was established in the summer of 2015. The event showcases noteworthy tattooists and body artists from both China and other countries around the world.
