The World Architecture Festival has announced the shortlist for its 2019 awards — and China is all over the various prize categories. The awards themselves won’t be handed out until December, but WAF have already narrowed down the 1,000+ entries, the majority of which came from China-related projects, which saw a 68% rise from last year.
